I did like that some of the staff were very nice like and the area was beautiful. Rooms and pool nice as well
I didn’t like at all that there was no WiFi in the room at all, I didn’t have parking space most of the time and one of the colleagues couldn’t speak English at all and he been rasist with us asking me to speak Spanish because I’m in Spain.

Malibu Park turned out to be a nice surprise after my previous poor experience here. The pool area is lovely and well kept, with artificial grass making everything look neat. I enjoyed lounging by the pool, although it can be confusing to access it from my apartment on the 2nd floor. I had to go up to the 3rd floor to get there. My apartment lacked air conditioning, which would be an issue in the peak heat, but it was manageable in November. No toiletries were provided at check-in, a bit of a hassle since I traveled light. I was pleased to find a kettle and toaster in the kitchen, but the cookware was limited. The complex is conveniently located with Aqualand right across the road, and there are supermarkets and shopping options within walking distance. The communication via WhatsApp for maintenance was super quick, which I appreciated. Some rooms look a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the grounds are beautifully maintained. Worth noting, I'd suggest requesting a poolside apartment if you can.
